  • Cruise travel is one of the most hygienic and regulated branches of tourism. It is accepted that all guests commit to complying with all rules, including hygiene and cleanliness, as specified by the cruise company during their journey.
  • Tour participants must be fit to travel from a health perspective. In cases where guests who are not mentally or physically fit for travel endanger their safety, the cruise company may refuse them boarding or remove them from the tour, and our agency shall bear no responsibility for such situations. All guests participating in the tour are deemed to have accepted this condition.
  • Of the evening meals you will receive during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners. On these evenings, male guests wishing to dine in the main restaurant are expected to wear suits, and female guests are expected to wear evening gowns.

  • During check-in at the port, every passenger without exception (only one person per couple) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception when collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 USD will be applied to each credit card. This is to cover expenses you will incur onboard after checking in. You can make your onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere else on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.

  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags with specific numbers and codes for all suitcases in our group will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. You must print these tags in advance and attach them to your suitcases at the cruise port. Sufficient tags will also be available at the port for any guests who may have missed theirs.
  • Your suitcases may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on board into a small handbag and carry them with you.
  • You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. At each port, you must board the ship at least 60 minutes before its scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must collect your suitcases, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their suitcases from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST CHECK THEIR OWN SUITCASE BEFORE COLLECTING IT.
