  • In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also have been purchased. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.

  • Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline company may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, these passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
  • Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Bluemaxx Travel has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding.
  • Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND A HOTEL CHANGE.
  • Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
  • Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

  • During the reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Whether or not they obtain it from Bluemaxx Travel, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest incurs such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Bluemaxx Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
  • Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the sightseeing, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
  • Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
  • The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline company's rules apply in the relevant situation.
  • Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant airline's relevant flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
  • When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
  • The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
