Need to Know
  • Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol of September 28. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays made by the airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
  • Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if participants fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the plane. Participants who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and any transfer expenses in the region.
  • Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
  • Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
  • Extra Tours: >Extra tours specified in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
  • Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred to return them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
  • Hotels and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as such. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications requiring continuous use must be carried with you.
  • Other Notes: >Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the tour departure date. For children under 18 years old who do not travel with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

ISTANBUL – ABU DHABI – TOKYO 

We meet three hours before departure at the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal. After baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Abu Dhabi on Etihad Airways flight EY 542 at 14:25. Upon arrival at 19:50 local time, after completing our connection, we depart at 22:00 for our flight to Tokyo on Etihad Airways flight EY 800. We spend the night on board.



Tokyo

TOKYO – SHIBUYA – TOKYO

Upon our arrival in Tokyo at 12:25 local time, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we will depart for a city tour of Tokyo with our private vehicle waiting for us. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo's most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). For those who wish to feel the energy of Tokyo, the unique experience of hundreds of people moving at once with every light change is unforgettable. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a loyal dog that serves as a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, along with many famous shopping malls, and enjoy our free time. Additionally, during our tour, Ueno Park and panoramic views of Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see. After the tour ends, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Tokyo

TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA– GINZA – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645 AD, Tokyo's oldest temple and considered one of the city's most important religious centers since the Edo period. After our tour here, we head to Yodobashi Electric Town, where you can find hundreds of electronic brands under one roof at affordable prices. Following the time allocated for shopping, we move on to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated side and elegance of modern Japan. After visiting this area, filled with world-famous brands, Tokyo's largest shopping malls, and top restaurants, we will have free time for lunch. At the time announced by our guide, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Tokyo

TOKYO – MT. FUJI – HAKONE BOAT – OSHINO HAKKAİ – GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart for Mt. Fuji, one of Tokyo's iconic symbols and Japan's highest peak, located in the southwest of Honshu Island. First, we head to Hakone in Kanagawa Prefecture, famous for its stunning views of Mt. Fuji and natural beauty. We take a boat cruise on Lake Ashi, enjoying the unique scenery of Mt. Fuji, then board cable cars from our arrival point and climb up to Mototsumiya Shrine's observation hill. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snowmelt mixes with underground waters to form natural ponds. As the water filters naturally through volcanic rock formations, it creates crystal-clear pools. These ponds, varying in size and depth, offer breathtaking reflections of Mt. Fuji. Following our guided tour, we make our way to Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. At the time specified by our guide, we transfer back to our hotel for free time to rest.



Osaka

TOKYO – (SHINKANSEN) – DOTONBORI – OSAKA 

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel at the time set by our guide to head to the train station for our journey to Osaka on the world-famous Shinkansen (high-speed train). We will only take our daily essentials with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Osaka hotel via a transfer company arranged by our agency.) After approximately two and a half hours on the high-speed train, which can reach speeds of up to 320 km/h, we arrive in Osaka. Following Tokyo, Osaka is Japan's second-largest metropolitan area, and we will begin our city tour. Among the sights to see is the Umeda Sky Building, consisting of two structures each 173 meters long. The Umeda Sky Building comprises two towers, each 173 meters high and 40 stories tall. These towers are connected at the top by an "observatory platform." During our tour, we will ascend to the observatory on the 39th floor and enjoy the panoramic view of Osaka. After visiting the Umeda Sky Building, we proceed to the Dotonbori district, which became famous during the Edo Period for its theater stages and performing arts. Today, it has transformed into a vibrant and entertaining tourist attraction that blends traditional Japanese culture with modern entertainment. Osaka is known as Japan's culinary capital, and the Dotonbori district is filled with restaurants that uphold this title. After enjoying some leisure time in the area, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.




Osaka

OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU-DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle to Kyoto, Japan's ancient capital and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, renowned for its temples, gardens, and historic neighborhoods. Following approximately one hour of travel, we begin our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only city in Japan that was not bombed. The city is listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Our city tour starts at Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, which welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking path. Along this route, you will enjoy pleasant moments listening to the sound of the wind rustling through the bamboo grove and capture photos of the forest scenery. Next, we continue our tour to Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered in gold leaf. Its impressive structure overlooks a large pond, with each floor representing a different architectural style. Afterward, we proceed to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. As one of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, it has been inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Directly beneath the main hall is the Otowa Waterfall, where water flows into a pond through three channels. According to tradition, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. Next, we move to another important temple in the city, Fushimi Inari. Renowned as one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines and particularly known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we will take a walk through the shrine grounds. Afterward, we visit the final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is also listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Following our temple visit with a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.





Osaka

OSAKA – NARA – TEA CEREMONY – OSAKA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic tour of Nara. Our tour begins with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752 to serve as the head of all Buddhist temples, the temple gradually grew in influence and began to affect politics by the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji is recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's largest wooden structure. This massive building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Next, we visit Nara Park, a large park located in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to most of Nara's major attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It also hosts hundreds of freely roaming deer. After taking photos with the deer wandering around, we participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony. Following this enjoyable time dedicated to the region, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. After the temple tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to relax.



Osaka

OSAKA  - KOBE - OSAKA


After breakfast, we set off by vehicle to Kobe. During our tour of Kobe, whose name means "Gate of God," we first visit Ikuta Shrine, one of the city's oldest and most important Shinto shrines.


During our tour, Kobe Port Tower, Meriken Park, and Kobe Chinatown (Nankinmachi) will be seen panoramically. After our visits, we are given free time for shopping and exploring the surroundings. We meet at the designated time and proceed to our hotel. The remaining hours are free time for rest.
