*IMPORTANT NOTES*

Visa regulations for citizens of the Republic of Turkey traveling to Italy vary depending on their passport type. Turkish citizens holding ordinary (red) passports must obtain a valid Schengen visa for travel to Italy. Turkish citizens holding special (green), service (gray), and diplomatic (black) passports are exempt from visas for tourist visits to Italy.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the designated meeting point. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. The Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within available means, if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Any obstruction arising from this is the responsibility of the guest.                    
  • The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only fulfills its role as an intermediary agency. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information printed on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding the flight.
  • The documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within one week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own resources and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given for triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
  • Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
  • Breakfasts served at hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Whether obtained from the Operator or not, our guests must definitely have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they encounter fines due to not carrying their travel insurance.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being denied entry at border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
  • To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
  • Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or trips.
  • Airport seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a flight different from the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their mileage can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since airport seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company in the specified amount and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class before performing the upgrade operation. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
  • To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
  • While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings without omission when leaving temporarily or completely. 
  • The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
  • The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
  • The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

 

Tour Program
Day 1 | Istanbul – Bologna – Rome

Be at Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 10:10. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, we fly with Turkish Airlines' TK1323 scheduled flight to Bologna at 13:10. After our arrival at 13:50, we depart for Rome with the vehicle waiting for us. Following our journey, we arrive in Rome, the capital of Italy and one of the world's most important historical cities. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our tour, the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vittorio Emanuele Monument, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, Tiber River and Spanish Steps are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, there is free time followed by transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 | Rome

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the Vatican & Rome Icons Tour (70 Euro), organized additionally. Guests who wish may also join the Roma By Night Tour (35 Euro), organized in the evening hours. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Vatican & Rome Icons Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro

In this tour, after visiting St. Peter's Square, St. Peter's Basilica, and the surroundings of the Vatican, which is the center of the Catholic world, we visit some of Rome's most important symbols including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

 

Extra Tour: Roma By Night Tour – Per Person: 35 Euro

We embark on a pleasant night tour through the streets of Rome, which take on a completely different atmosphere with its evening lights. While exploring the city's historic squares, impressive structures, and illuminated landmarks, we enjoy the enchanting nighttime view of Rome.

Day 3 | Rome – Orvieto – Florence

After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Guests who wish may join the Orvieto Tour (35 Euro), which will be organized as an extra stop along the way. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Orvieto Tour – Per Person: 35 Euro

In this tour, we visit Orvieto, one of the most impressive medieval towns in the Umbria region. In this city built on volcanic rocks, you will see the magnificent Duomo Cathedral, historic streets and squares. After the tour, we continue to Florence. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour. As the birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence features notable sights such as the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the Baptistery, Giotto's Campanile, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and the Basilica of Santa Croce.

Day 4 | Florence

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the Pisa & Portofino Tour (95 Euro), which will be organized additionally. Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Pisa & Portofino Tour – Per Person: 95 Euro

In our tour, we first head to the city of Pisa, home to the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. After visiting the Piazza dei Miracoli, Pisa Cathedral, and the Baptistery, we proceed to Portofino, one of the most stylish and beautiful towns along the Ligurian coast. We allow free time in Portofino, famous for its colorful houses, luxury yacht marina, and postcard-worthy views.

Day 5 | Florence – Bologna – Milan

After breakfast, we depart for Milan. Guests who wish may join the Bologna Tour (35 Euro), which will be organized as an extra stop along the way. In Bologna, known as Italy's city of gastronomy and universities, we will visit Piazza Maggiore Square, Neptune Fountain, San Petronio Basilica, Due Torri (Two Towers), and the historic city center. Then we continue to Milan. Upon arrival, we conduct our panoramic city tour. During the tour, Duomo Cathedral, Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, La Scala Opera House, and Sforza Castle are among the places to be seen. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Bologna Tour – Per Person: 35 Euro

We explore Bologna, one of Italy's most historically and culturally significant cities. We get up close with the city's unique atmosphere, characterized by its red-toned historic buildings, famous arched passageways, and lively squares. We enjoy a pleasant city tour through Bologna's historic streets.

Day 6 | Milan

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the Verona & Garda Lake Tour’ (75 Euro) organized as an extra option. After the tour, return to Milano. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Verona & Garda Lake Tour – Per Person: 75 Euro

We begin our tour by exploring the romantic city of Verona, which inspired Shakespeare’s famous story of Romeo and Juliet. After seeing Verona with its Arena di Verona, Piazza Bra, Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet’s House, historic streets, squares, and impressive architecture, we proceed to Lake Garda, one of Italy’s largest lakes. We then enjoy a pleasant exploration tour alongside the lake’s enchanting views.

Day 7 | Milan – Venice

After breakfast, we head to Venice. Upon arrival, we transfer to the historic city center by water buses and begin our panoramic city tour. During the tour, you will see St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Campanile, and the Grand Canal. You will experience unforgettable moments among Venice's unique canals, narrow streets, and historic bridges. Guests who wish may join the Gondola Tour (35 Euro) as an extra option.  After the tour, guests who wish may also join the Burano Islands Tour (45 Euro) as an extra option. After the tour, return to Venice. Overnight at our hotel.

We embark on a pleasant cruise in Venice's world-famous canals aboard traditional gondolas. Alongside historic buildings, bridges, and narrow waterways, we explore the city's unique atmosphere from the water and closely experience Venice's romantic spirit.

 

Extra Tour: Burano Islands Tour – Per Person: 45 Euro

We head to Burano, one of Venice's colorful islands. In Burano, famous for its brightly colored houses, narrow streets, and unique island atmosphere, we enjoy a delightful exploration tour. On this island, which offers breathtaking views for photography enthusiasts, we savor free time.

 

Day 8 | Venice – Bologna – Istanbul

We depart early in the morning to Bologna Airport. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' TK1322 scheduled flight at 10:55’. Upon our arrival at 15:35’, our tour concludes.
