IMPORTANT NOTES

• In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot accept any liability.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only performs its intermediary role. There is no penalty or liability for BTB TOURS in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• The procurement of documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOURS Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates for the visa, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and this situation was communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of BTB TOURS, in such cases, BTB TOURS is not liable, which is accepted by the parties involved.
• To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
• Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities will not be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or trips.
• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and procure their new ticket themselves (according to the previous paragraph, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
• While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving for a short time or entirely. 
• BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
• General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
