IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, regarding matters to be observed during Mosque visits: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

• In our Desert Safari tour, matters to be observed: Wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and avoid drinking large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.

• To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.

• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.

• Due to VB processing in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by a different guide. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.

• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a situation, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting maximum 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.

• Hotels listed in the program are offered as "etc." Hotels may show variations in availability during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided; the name of the hotel is not guaranteed.

• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.

• In extra tour purchases, since transactions are conducted in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.

• Since our package tours are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

• Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot assume any liability.

• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, the obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.

• Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas in situations it deems necessary. Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only performs its role as an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or responsibility for Bluemaxx Travel in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

• When Bluemaxx Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may hinder the flight.

• For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible delays.

• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates and similar charges, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to hotel availability showing variations during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.

• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

• Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalties for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Bluemaxx Travel or not, they are obliged to have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or the inability to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of Bluemaxx Travel, it is accepted by the parties that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such cases.

• To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.

• Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their own funds can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/calls received.

• While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.

• Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

• Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.

• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable.

• General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
