**Concert tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, and in the event of cancellation (including during the free cancellation period of the reservation), a deduction of 300 EUR net per person will be applied.**

**Tickets are in the Golden Circle category and have an age limit of 21+.**

• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. For optional tours, the prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not allow them to depart from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility rests with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting issue rests with the guests.                    
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that may prevent travel.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible problems.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport, no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date, that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility rests with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border crossing. Since this matter is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative available. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and a single round-trip ticket is issued. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If the flight is missed for this or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility rests with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport–city or airport–hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, before upgrading the requested ticket it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an upgrade-eligible economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls. 
• During your trip, when temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain one from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
