Child Discount and Circular Rules

 Child discount is valid for the age range of 7–12 years.

 The tour circular is valid as of the publication date of 19.01.2026. Subsequent circulars published for the same tour on later dates invalidate previous circulars.

 Mandatory additional services are included in the tour price.

Important Information Regarding Flight Tours

  • In flight tours, all operations related to flights are subject to the provisions of the airline contract.
  • Cancellation insurance does not cover air travel.
  • A tiered pricing system is applied; advertised prices start from the lowest class.
  • Economy class flights are used in flight tour programs.
  • Air tickets are issued as round-trip together. If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also becomes invalid due to the airlines' "sequential use" rule. Therefore, participation in only the return flight is not possible.

Museum – Archaeological Site – National Park Entries

All museum, archaeological site, and national park entry fees are borne by the guests. Guests may obtain a card from Müzekart sales points before or during the tour to take advantage at museums and archaeological sites where the Müzekart is valid.

Rest Stops

Rest stops are provided at rest facilities along the route. Due to congestion, renovation, or other compelling reasons, changes may be made to rest stop locations, provided they are equivalent in terms of service quality and location.

Extra Tours and Program Flow

Night tours and extra excursions included in the tour program are organized depending on the number of participants and the availability of staff. Extra tours conducted along the route may take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not wish to join an extra tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas before city entrances or to city centers. In this case, guests who agree to wait at the rest area are considered to have participated in the tour.

Due to weather conditions, road conditions, or similar reasons; if the guide deems it necessary, changes can be made to the program sequence (daily visit points or between days).

Go-Turkey cannot be held responsible for points that are part of the program but cannot be visited due to compelling reasons (weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visit points, etc.) or because guests fail to adhere to the timing given by the guide.

Health Declaration

Guests must carry reports and information regarding any health issues they may experience during the tour, their pregnancy status, or medications they continuously use.

Accommodation Information

The hotel names specified in the program are priority accommodation facilities. Changes may be made to hotels depending on availability. At the latest 48 hours before the tour departure, upon request, accommodation information will be shared with guests. In case of hotel changes due to congestion or compelling reasons, provided standards remain the same, guests will be informed by Go-Turkey authorities.

Suggestions

  • Clothing and footwear suitable for the geographical structure and weather conditions of the tour region should be chosen.
  • It is recommended that you bring necessary charging equipment for photo and video shooting.
  • Do not forget regularly used medications; allergic, chronic, or hereditary conditions should be reported to the guide.
  • Personal care products, backpacks, and personal items that will make the journey enjoyable should be carried with you.
  • In programs featuring boat tours and swimming breaks; it is recommended to bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and similar sea equipment.

| Kayseri - Göreme Open-Air Museum – Tokalı Church – Elmalı Church – Ürgüp - Three Beauties – Sinasos – Asmalı Konak

Dear Guests, we will meet at Adnan Menderes Airport Domestic Departures Terminal to complete your individual check-in procedures at least 2 hours before the flight time.

We will fly with Pegasus Airlines Flight PC3190, departing at 06:55 from Kayseri and arriving in Kayseri at 08:15. After boarding our waiting vehicle, we will begin our program with a panoramic tour of Kayseri city. Following a self-ordered morning breakfast, we will continue our journey towards Nevşehir.

We will view one of the highest points of the Cappadocia region, Uçhisar Castle panoramically, and visit a workshop where onyx stone, belonging to the marble family found in the Cappadocia region, is processed. For guests who wish, after receiving general information about this culture here, we will provide time for shopping and inspection for those interested in acquiring processed stones.

Subsequently, we will tour the Girls' Monastery, St. Barbara Chapel, Snake Church, Apple Church, Saint Basil Chapel, Kitchen and Cellar sections located within Korama, now known as Göreme Valley. We will also see Tokalı Church, which stands out from other rock churches with its frescoes on the walls.

Afterwards, we will stop for photos at the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, one of the beautiful examples of hat-shaped fairy chimneys, and at Güvercinlik Valley.

Next, we will arrive at Sinasos, famous for its stone craftsmanship. In this charming town, home to the first mansion featured in the series Asmalı Konak, after taking a walk, we will have free time in Ürgüp center.

For guests who wish, we will visit a wine cellar where wines are produced from grapes grown in the surrounding area.

Afterwards, we will check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at our hotel.

(Between 5:00 and 5:30 AM, our vehicles will pick up our esteemed guests from our hotel and bring them to the departure area. While the balloons are being prepared for flight by expert teams, we have a light breakfast. After a short preparation, the balloons will begin their flight close to sunrise. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour. At the end of the flight, a special celebration will be held for our guests, and as a souvenir of the flight, a flight certificate will be given. Around 07:00-07:30, our guests will be returned to their hotels via our vehicles.)

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart. We head to Hacıbektaş District, where the Tomb of Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli is located, who was born in Horasan and won the tolerance of many locals and foreigners with his worldview.

The dervish lodge (dergâh) where soldiers serving in the Janissary Corps were affiliated consists of 3 sections: Nadar, Meydan, and Hazret Courtyards. Inside the dergâh, we visit the Üçler Fountain, Aslanlı Fountain, Altılar Gate, Hasbahçe, Çilehane, and Kırklar Square.

Afterwards, we go to a pottery workshop to see the art of pottery making, one of the most important handicrafts of the region, created by combining the water of the Kızılırmak River with clay soil, which has been considered a source of livelihood for mankind for approximately 5,000 years. After enjoying these pleasant moments, we have our lunch at an authentic restaurant with local dishes.

After lunch, we tour Çavuşin Village, where Greeks used to live.

Then, we proceed to Paşabağı, where we can see some of the finest examples of fairy chimney formations. Among the fairy chimneys where dervishes living in the area retreated into seclusion, we take a walk.

We take a photo stop in Devrent Valley, where the fairy chimneys resemble various shapes.

After our program, we return to our hotel in the evening. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

| Derinkuyu Underground City - Ihlara Valley - Tree-Bottom Church - Snake Church - Sumbullu Church – Narligol

After the buffet breakfast taken at the hotel in the morning, we depart from our hotel.

Our first stop is the Derinkuyu Underground City, an engineering marvel designed to allow thousands of people fleeing enemy raids to live for months, or the Kaymaklı Underground City. We visit the tunnels, church, dining hall, pantry, and storage areas located within the underground city.

On our route, after viewing the volcanic Narlıgöl (Crater Lake) and the panoramic view of Mount Hasan, one of the highest mountains in Central Anatolia, we reach the Ihlara Valley, which has a canyon-valley character formed by the Melendiz River.

The Ihlara Valley, 14 km long, 150 meters deep, 300 meters wide, and consisting of 28 bends, is one of Cappadocia's important sites with its natural beauties and churches carved into the rock.

In the valley, we visit the Ağaçaltı Church, Yılanlı Church, and Sümbüllü Church, where monks retreated for solitude.

After our program, we set off towards Kayseri Airport.

We depart with the SunExpress Airlines flight XQ9239 at 22:50 bound for Izmir. Then, we bid farewell to our valued guests until we meet again at another event.
