  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
  • In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Agency may cancel the tour up to 20 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; If visa service was obtained from the Agency and a visa application was made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized, if no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If the guest has purchased their domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of the Agency, in case of cancellation by the Agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held liable.
  • In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to refrain from cancelling the tour as a gesture of good faith. In this case, since the provision of the tour individually for the guest will be possible, the included guide service will only cover the transfer for the outbound and return journey abroad.
  • Guide Services and Extra Tours
  • Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, trips may not take place or extra tour prices and contents may change. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites are open or closed and weather conditions.
  • Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
  • Vehicles allocated for extra tours are intended for the use of guests who have purchased these extra tours. Vehicles cannot be used as transfers to the center.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary inside the vehicle, not including entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be carried out if local authorities do not allow visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, similarly if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads.
  • Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the number of participants and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies in the face of changes that may occur in flight schedules.
  • Entry fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
  • Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. Personal expenses incurred during the waiting period are borne by the guests themselves.
  • If passengers who have purchased advantageous extra tour packages do not participate in the extra tours taken during the tour due to illness or other reasons, no refund can be made.
     
  • Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest through communication with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
  • If only category information is provided without specifying hotel name(s) in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be notified by the Agency 48 hours before the departure date.
  • During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
  • Upon registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered/declared correctly into the system by the guest.
  • Air tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change fees for air tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use.
  • Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
  • Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts are made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
  • Breakfasts served at hotels differ from the rich breakfast typical of Turkish cuisine. They are generally served with limited options known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
  • In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary. Guarantee of 2 separate beds cannot be given.
  • Agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star category remains the same.
  • All hotel names etc. specified in the programs (and similar) are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made in the named hotel.
  • Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room types.
  • Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and require approval by the hotel.
  • The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
  • There is an extra bed arrangement in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of pull-out/couch beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding in rooms and the type of bed due to extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
  • Child discounts are valid only for children within a specific age group staying with 2 adults.
  • If the number of children staying with adults and their ages specified in hotel reservations are declared incorrectly by our guests, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration.
  • In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults.
  • Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of payment are valid.
  • Your additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel.
  • Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. These taxes are collected from the guest by the hotel upon arrival or departure.
  • Distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
  • In mandatory situations or if deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program.
  • Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced items.
  • In cases where lost items are found, expenses incurred during their delivery to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
  • Participants of the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications/reports related to any health issues with them.
  • For possible extra expenses, photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in.
  • The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to monitor changes in Covid-related procedures determined by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be visited.

    Important Information

    • Required documents must be physically delivered to us no later than 10 days before the tour date.
    • Guests who have received a rejection from Schengen countries within the last 6 months cannot apply for a Door Visa.
    • Visa approval depends entirely on the evaluation of the relevant consulate. Responsibility arising from incomplete or late submission of documents lies with the guest.
    • Guests' passport validity must be at least 6 months from the return date.
    • Child prices are valid for accommodations made with 2 adults.
    • In three-person reservations, the use of extra beds or sofa beds may be applied.
    • Guests with a stamp of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) entry in their passport cannot enter Greece. In this case, a new passport must be issued.

       
    • Ordinary (Red) Passport: Visa Required.
    • Green Passport: Visa Not Required.
    • Your Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel and not older than 10 years.
    • In destinations requiring a visa, the application must be made personally or through the agency according to the list of "Documents Required for Visa" sent by your agency.
    • Torn, worn, wet, or damaged passports may cause problems at border crossings if traveled with. Therefore, the passport must be renewed and a valid visa must be present in the new passport.
    • For guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter may be requested.
    • Agency acts as an intermediary institution between the guests and the consulate and does not guarantee visa acquisition. The consulate may reject the visa if deemed necessary. In case the visa cannot be obtained, the Agency is not responsible. The Agency also bears no responsibility for personal visa applications.
    • The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry into the tour or the country where the longest stay will be made. In case of failure to do so, the Agency is not responsible for denial of entry to the country.
    • Guests who already have a current visa or will not apply for a visa through the Agency must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the end of travel. Validity periods may vary by country, so the rules of the relevant country must always be checked.
    • To have entry-exit stamps stamped on your passport during customs transit, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
    • Having a visa or holding a green passport does not mean entry to the country is guaranteed. The final decision rests with the passport police at the border crossing. The Agency is not responsible for this situation.
    • Guests who are not Turkish citizens or dual citizens traveling with a passport from another country must learn the visa procedure directly from the relevant consulate.
    • Visa applications can be made 3 months before the tour departure date. To prevent possible congestion and delays, it is recommended that applications be completed early.
    • Guests traveling with a Green Passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country or may not be allowed on the plane by the airline.
    • Torn, worn, wet, or damaged passports should not be traveled with. If necessary, the passport must be renewed and a valid visa must be present in the new passport.
    • Travel is not possible with valid Schengen visas found in cancelled passports.
    • For guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter may be requested at border crossings, so it is recommended to carry the necessary documents with them.

Tour Program
Kuşadası Movement – Vathy Discovery

We meet at 07:30 in Kuşadası Port (Scala Nuova). After completing our passport procedures, we depart at 08:30 by fast ferry and, after approximately 45 minutes of sea travel, arrive at Vathy Port, the center of Samos Island. On some dates, our guide will welcome you at Samos Port to join the tour from there.

(Guests joining from Seferihisar will be met by our guide at Samos Port.)

To expedite procedures for guests requiring a door visa, we recommend sitting near the ferry entrance.

Hotel check-in time is 15:00, though early check-in may be possible depending on availability.

In the afternoon, we meet at 16:00 at the point specified by our guide and begin our walking tour of Vathy with the guide. Over the course of approximately 1.5 hours, we learn about the island's rich history, daily life culture, local lifestyle, charming cafes, delicious restaurants, and entertainment spots.

During the walk, we visit the island's abandoned single Catholic Church. With its silence and mystical atmosphere, this building stands out as one of our special stops shedding light on the island's multicultural past.

Next, we reach Lion Square (Aslanlı Meydan), Samos' oldest and still active town square. Here, the Lion Statue, the Town Hall, and the Archaeological Museum are among the key stops of our tour.

At the end of our tour, we conclude at the Monument to Themistoklis Sofoulis, remembered as Samos' first President, take souvenir photos, and explore Vathy's historical atmosphere.

During your remaining free time, you can take a walk along Vathy beach, spend time in scenic cafes, or enjoy the sea.

In the evening, during our Extra Taverna Night program, we celebrate to the accompaniment of live Greek music. Unlimited uzo and wine are included in the menu. Guests wishing to continue the night's festivities at other venues can request recommendations from our guide.

Big Island Tour

After taking breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we meet at the port at 09:30 and set off to explore the island. First, we view the Vathy area panoramically and receive information about the island's layout.

Then we turn our route towards Kokari, one of the most photogenic spots on the island. Free time is provided here. Guests who wish can swim in the sea, take a walk along the beach, or take wonderful photos.

Our next stop is Pythagorion, the birthplace of Pythagoras. Alongside our guide, we learn about Samos Castle, the Church of the Transfiguration, and the famous Blue Street. After the harbor tour, we take a photo break in front of the Monument of Pythagoras.

Later, free time for lunch by the seaside is offered. Guests who wish can try fresh seafood and the flavors of Greek cuisine.

On the way back, we make a short shopping stop at the Lidl market. Here you can find affordable products and local delicacies.

Leisure Time – Enjoy The Taste Of Samos

After we take breakfast at our hotel in the morning, the rest of the day is completely free.

If you wish, you can swim at Samos' beautiful beaches, or enjoy the sun and crystal-clear sea in turquoise coves.

You can walk through Vathy's streets, drink Greek coffee at seaside cafes, or do some shopping at souvenir shops.

Guests who wish can rent a car to explore the island's various beaches and villages, and may even find opportunities for swimming in hidden coves.

Today is a completely free day to enjoy Samos' peaceful atmosphere as you please.

Samos – Kuşadası Return

(Optional Boat Tour Option)

In the morning, after breakfast, we check out of our rooms. You may leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy free time until the ferry departure time.

An Optional Private Boat Tour is organized for guests who wish to participate. Departing from Vathy Port, with our boat accommodating a maximum of 20 people, we embark on an approximately 4-hour blue voyage, including swimming stops in coves inaccessible by land.

At the return time, we meet at the port, complete passport control and Free Shop shopping, then board the ferry. After an approximately 45-minute journey, we arrive in Kuşadası and conclude our tour.
