Important Information

• Provided that the destinations to be visited specified in the program are preserved, the tour days and times may change due to operational reasons.
• The taverna night may be moved to a different day depending on operational circumstances.

• Child prices are valid provided that the child stays with 2 adults.
• Hotel rooms are in the standard category; a view is not guaranteed.

Transfer Information from İzmir

Our transfer service from İzmir will be provided if sufficient participation is achieved.

If sufficient participation is not achieved, the İzmir transfer will not be organized; the difference between the fees for the Dikili, Aliağa or Ayvalık departure point preferred by our guests and the fee for departure from İzmir will be refunded to them.

Guests who complete the purchase are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

Room Information

Land View Rooms

• The rooms are arranged with 1 Queen Size (double) bed.
• A Twin Bed (two separate single beds) option is not available.

Sea View Rooms

• They may be offered with Twin Beds (two separate single beds) or, upon request, in an arrangement with combined Double Beds.

General Terms

• The tour program and general terms are integral parts of each other.
• If sufficient participation is not achieved, İşte Tatil may cancel the tour up to 20 days before the departure date at the latest. In this case, the tour fee will be refunded to the guest.
• If additional services (visa service, travel health insurance, etc.) have been used, no refund can be made.
• The agency is not responsible for losses arising from independent flights, hotels or extra services purchased by the guest.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.
• If sufficient participation is not achieved, the extra tour may be canceled or its price/content may be changed.
• The guide may change the order of the program according to operational conditions, weather conditions, and whether museums and archaeological sites are open or closed.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
• Guests who do not participate in extra tours are deemed to have accepted waiting at the suitable point specified by the guide.

Flight Information

• Flight times and operational details may change due to the airline.
• Check-in and boarding procedures are the guest's own responsibility.
• Any new ticket, transfer and additional expenses arising if the flight is missed shall be borne by the guest.
• Baggage allowances may vary depending on the airline and destination.
• Any delays and gate changes that may occur on flights should be followed on airport screens and through announcements.

Hotel and Accommodation Information

• Hotel check-in time is generally 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Room preferences (high floor, bed type, etc.) are communicated to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• Breakfasts served at hotels may vary according to the standards of the country.
• The hotel may be changed while maintaining the same category.
• In triple rooms, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

Other Matters

• Guests are responsible for their own passports, identity documents, personal belongings and luggage.
• The agency is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.
• The necessary operator procedures for using a phone abroad must be completed by the guest.
• Deposits requested by the hotel and personal expenses shall be borne by the guest.
• At country entry points, the final decision rests with the border police and the relevant official authorities.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST REQUIRED FOR VISA AT THE BORDER

• 2 Recent and Identical Biometric Photographs
• Photocopy of the Front and Back of the Identity Card
• Photocopies of the Passport Photographic Page and Pages Containing Entries
• Certificate of Residence Obtained from E-Government
• For Those Under 18 Traveling with Their Mother and/or Father, Images of the Parents' Passports
• (Consent Form if Traveling with Only One Parent or Without Their Mother and Father While Under 18)
• Our guests holding green passports do not require a visa. 
• Our guests who have been refused a Schengen visa within the last 5 years cannot participate in the trip with a visa at the border. A Schengen visa application must be submitted.
• Our guests whose passports contain an entry to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus cannot enter Greece and must have their passport booklet changed.
• The passport must be valid for 6 months after the return date of the trip.
• The tour program may change provided that the places to be visited remain the same. The taverna day may be changed.
• Hotels vary according to the dates; updated hotel information will be announced through the WhatsApp group to be created.
• Child prices are valid when the child stays with 2 adults. Rooms at the accommodation hotels are in the standard room category, and a view is not guaranteed.
