• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.

• Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be available for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When hotels are processed as RO or only category information is provided without specifying a name, and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within available means, where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as stated. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program stated and the general terms and obligations below to the guests. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Bluemaxx Travel has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND A CHANGE OF HOTEL.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not obtained from Bluemaxx Travel, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Bluemaxx Travel' sphere of control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading to the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls and incoming calls.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• In cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
• Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
