IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be observed during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours; Men must not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless clothing, mini skirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed during our Desert Safari tour; Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is less than 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where the booking is processed as VB in the tour program, or where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated km’s. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as stated, etc. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be carried out with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases at the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD - EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Turkish Republic, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no liability or obligation in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries or being denied entry at the border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of Bluemaxx Travel, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the road route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/calls received abroad.
• During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
