DAY

ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILANO – SAVONA

After meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 03:30, we will complete our check-in procedures and then depart for Milano on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 06:55. Upon arrival in Milano at 08:40 local time, we will be transferred by private vehicle to Savona port where our ship, COSTA FASCINOSA, is docked. After completing ship check-in and baggage procedures, we will settle into our cabins and enjoy free time. Following embarkation, our guide will hold a briefing session to introduce you to the ship and our tour itinerary; thereafter, you are free to enjoy the ship until dinner. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:30. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

DAY

OLBIA – SARDINIA ISLAND

Our ship will dock at Olbia port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the "Olbia, Sardinia City Tour" organized by our guide as an optional extra excursion. We will proceed along Costa Smeralda, known for its most beautiful beaches and coves, heading towards Porto Cervo with scenic views. Along the way, we will stop at one of the exceptional coves featuring white sands and turquoise waters. After visiting Porto Cervo, the residence and anchorage of the world's wealthiest individuals, we will also see Baia Sardinia, home to some of the island's finest beaches, before returning to Olbia. After the city tour in Olbia, any remaining time can be spent freely in Olbia. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

DAY

AT SEA CRUISING

Today will be spent cruising at sea, during which our ship will offer many alternatives. Guests who wish may enjoy the ship's open and indoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Others may shop in duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performances available in dozens of bars. A wide variety of dining options will also be available throughout the day. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

VALENCIA

Our ship will dock at Valencia port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the Valencia City Tour organized by our guide as an optional extra excursion. During this half-day tour, we will visit the Valencia Cathedral, the famous Micalet Bell Tower, Plaza de la Virgen, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados (Basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken), Plaça de Reina (Queen's Square), La Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) - a masterpiece of late Gothic architecture used for silk trade, Mercado Central (covered market) - one of the region's liveliest spots, the City Hall, and El Edificio de Correos (Post Office Building) - an elegant eclectic building. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

IBIZA

Our ship will dock at Ibiza port at 12:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may get information from our guide to swim at Ibiza's magnificent beaches, go shopping, and have meals. Our ship will depart from Ibiza port at 03:00 at night.

PALMA DE MALLORCA

Our ship will depart from Ibiza port at 03:00 at night.

Our ship will dock at Palma De Mallorca port at 09:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Palma De Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frederic Chopin Museum Tour" organized by our guide as an optional extra excursion. This full-day tour begins with an introduction to Palma de Mallorca, a tourism paradise with a population of 300,000. Among the sights to see are Bellver Castle dating back to the 14th century, the famous Palma Cathedral from the 13th century, and the nearby Almudania Palace (viewed from outside). Afterward, after viewing the historic Arena, the symbol of the city, panoramically, we will head towards Valdemossa, located in the southwest of the island, also known as Moses' Valley. Valldemosa, a magnificent village used as a summer retreat by kings during the Middle Ages and a resting place for monks, will be our next stop. By exploring this area and taking plenty of photos, we will have the opportunity to understand the soul of the island. Additionally, we will visit the monastery in Valldemossa where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created some of their finest works, witnessing here their emotional stories. After the tour, we will return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

DAY

MARSEILLE

Our ship will dock at Marseille port at 12:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may depart for the "Marseille City Tour & Aix En Provence Tour" organized by our guide as an optional extra excursion. In Marseille, an important maritime city, our tour will begin with a visit to the "Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral," located on a high hill. Following this visit, some of the places to see include the Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina district. Later, we will travel to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. The tour will start with the famous St. Saviour's Cathedral, dating back to the 12th century, featuring a Romanesque front facade and a covered arched walkway. Subsequently, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns located here and the Mazarino quarter, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight aboard the ship.

DAY

SAVONA – MILANO – ISTANBUL AIRPORT

Our ship will dock at Savona port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will complete the ship disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. We will depart for Milano Airport via private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing check-in and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1876 at 19:45. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 23:40 local time. End of our tour.

All package programs included in the campaign will offer an uninterrupted cancellation right up to 30 days before the departure date.

Cancellation conditions:

29 - 15 days remaining: 75% of the total amount,
14 - 0 days remaining: 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee will be applied.

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during transfers between the airport and ports and between the airport and port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody nor can they be held under any responsibility.
During the ship journey, 2 of your evening meals are official dinner nights; all male guests wishing to dine here must have at least one suit with them, and female guests must have at least one evening gown. The cruise company and the captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The content specified in the program flow is for illustrative purposes only.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour contents.
During the ship journey, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names based on the cruise company, while in some cruise companies it will be open seating. In ships with predetermined tables, everyone will sit at the predetermined tables from the first evening dinner until the last evening dinner, and guests who wish may also take their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in pairs) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when taking cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be deducted from each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will incur on board after checking into the ship. You will be able to make your expenses on board using magnetic cards issued to you by the ship reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can learn about all your expenses from the televisions in your cabins.
The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not met. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.

BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our ship journey, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. It is required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowding and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is beneficial to pack your essential needs for the first day you board the ship in a small handbag and take it with you.
Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At the ports, boarding must be done at the latest 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our ship journey, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We earnestly request that each of our guests personally touch and check their own luggage when collecting it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Passports older than 10 years, even if valid, cannot be used for exit abroad.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests must carry their round-trip flight tickets and ship tickets with them.
We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
