CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
All package programs included in the campaign will offer an uninterrupted cancellation right up to 30 days before the departure date.

Cancellation conditions:
30 days or more: full cancellation without penalty
29 - 15 days: 75% of the total amount,
14 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications must be obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during transfers between the airport and ports, including round-trip transfers between the airport and port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody and cannot be held liable under any responsibility.
During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners; all male guests wishing to dine here must have at least one suit, and female guests must have at least one evening gown. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The content specified in the program flow is for illustrative purposes only.
The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally pre-assigned and numbered by name based on the cruise company, while in some cruise companies it will be open seating. In ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their pre-assigned table from the first evening dinner until the last evening dinner, and guests who wish may also have their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in on the ship, every guest (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be applied to each credit card. This is due to expenses you will incur on board after checking into the ship. You will be able to make your expenses on board using magnetic cards issued by the ship reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if the majority is not reached. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.          

BAGGAGE & PORT REGULATIONS
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be provided along with your cruise ticket. It is required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on the ship in a small handbag and carry them with you.
Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding onto the ship must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We earnestly request that each guest personally pick up and verify their own luggage.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Passports older than 10 years, even if valid, are not accepted for international travel.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests must carry their round-trip flight tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend that guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
