• Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
• Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in tours with flights are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
• Participation in the Tour: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Bluemaxx Travel, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer costs required for persons who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
• Program and Food and Beverages: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change. Optional tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
• Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
• Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any costs incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
• Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of fold-away beds and beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, any possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type will be deemed to have been accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
• Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Bluemaxx Travel guests are the responsibility of Bluemaxx Travel. During peak periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
• Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the date of first issuance of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
