• Intermediary Role and Responsibility: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
• Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
• Participation in the Tour: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Bluemaxx Travel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The costs of the new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
• Program and Meals: Excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
• Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
• Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extras in the program may not take place if there are insufficient participants. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, the costs incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
• Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed provided shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the journey. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used regularly must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
• Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Bluemaxx Travel guests are under the responsibility of Bluemaxx Travel. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. Information about such circumstances will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent during the journey.
• Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the journey. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days.
