Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight schedules may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Routes may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not liable if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Tour Cancellation: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is denied by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for the inability to perform these tours. Tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at locations with closed roads or restricted vehicle access.
Extra Tours: >Scheduled extra tours in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the en-route extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: >Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are under their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any costs incurred to return them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: >Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted as standard. Child prices listed apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: >Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications requiring continuous use must be carried with you.
Other Notes: >Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: >All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

After completing baggage drop and passport procedures, we take our seats for Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight to Bangkok. Our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night with an overnight flight.

After arriving in Bangkok, we take a local flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour to explore Phuket Island, one of Thailand's most popular holiday destinations. During the tour, we visit Wat Chalong Temple, one of the island's most important religious centers, and have the opportunity to closely experience this impressive structure, which is an important symbol of Thai culture and Buddhist faith. Next, we see Big Buddha Phuket, one of Phuket's iconic landmarks that overlooks the island's enchanting views. This magnificent structure, known for its commanding position over the island's unique natural beauty, offers visitors unforgettable vistas. Continuing our tour, we explore Phuket Old Town, famous for its colorful streets, historic buildings, and some of the finest examples of Sino-Portuguese architecture. These traditional markets, which have become iconic symbols of Thai culture, offer us the opportunity to observe the vibrant trading life along the canals. Local vendors selling from wooden boats reflect the region's unique atmosphere with tropical fruits, fresh vegetables, local delicacies, handmade souvenirs, and traditional products. Guests here can examine and purchase items of their choice. During our tour, we discover the traditional Thai houses lined along the canals, lively scenes of daily life, and the area's distinctive cultural texture. Next, we visit the world-famous Maeklong Railway Market, known for its stalls built directly on the train tracks.
