Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight schedules may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Itineraries may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets required for those who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as transfer costs in the region, shall be borne by them.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing tours listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities prohibit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for the inability to perform these tours. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or the individual shall be borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 years old who do not travel with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

After completing baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we take our seats for our flight to Phuket on Turkish Airlines' scheduled service. Our journey to Phuket will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the plane. Upon our arrival in Phuket, after completing our passport and baggage procedures, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
