Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Itineraries may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or missing the flight entirely. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Tour Cancellation: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is denied by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for the cancellation of these tours. Tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at locations with closed roads or restricted vehicle access.
Extra Tours: >Extra excursions specified in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any costs incurred to return them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance documents during the trip. During tour registration, medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications requiring continuous use must be carried with you.
Other Notes: >Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the tour departure date. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must remain valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests planning to renew their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

ISTANBUL – TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ

We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal approximately three hours before departure. After completing baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Tangier, Morocco, on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Tangier Airport in the morning, we complete passport and baggage procedures, board our waiting vehicle, and head to Chefchaouen, known as the Blue City. After arriving in Chefchaouen, we proceed to a local restaurant for breakfast. Following breakfast, we are given free time to explore Chefchaouen, famous for its blue and white painted houses, narrow streets, small squares, and unique atmosphere. Located at the foot of the Rif Mountains, you can walk through streets reflecting traditional Moroccan architecture, discover colorful shops, and capture the city's unique views. After our free time, we depart for Fez, one of Morocco's most culturally and historically rich cities. Upon arrival in Fez, we begin our tour of the Medina (Old City), which has preserved its historic character for centuries. Places we will visit include Attarine Madrasa & Old Karaounie University & Nejjarine Square & Artisans' Souk & Historical Leather Tanneries. We visit the elegant decorative details of Attarine Madrasa, the Old Karaounie University, one of the city's most important historical structures, and the famous Nejjarine Square with its fountain. Then, we tour the vibrant artisans' souk, where traditional Moroccan jewelry, copperwork, leather products, and various handicrafts are displayed. The Historical Leather Tanneries, located near the Fez River and having processed leather using traditional methods for centuries, offer one of the city's most characteristic sights. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Fez.

Casablanca

FES – RABAT – CASABLANCA

After breakfast, we depart for Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Upon arrival in Rabat, we begin our tour to explore the city, known for its historical landmarks, wide boulevards, and impressive location on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Among the places we will see panoramically are the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace. We visit the Hassan Tower, one of Rabat's iconic structures and the most significant surviving part of a grand mosque project that was never completed. Next, we view the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, which stands out with the elegant details of traditional Moroccan architecture, and the Royal Palace, one of the official residences of the Moroccan Royal Family. After our city tour of Rabat, we proceed to Casablanca, the economic and commercial hub of Morocco. Upon arrival, we start our city tour of Casablanca. Among the places we will see are the Hassan II Mosque, the Medina, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, the Habous Quarter, Ain Diab, and the Corniche. After viewing the Hassan II Mosque, an iconic symbol of the city thanks to its magnificent location on the Atlantic coast, we explore the Medina and the Habous Quarter, which reflect the traditional face of Casablanca, as well as the bustling centers of Mohammed V Square and United Nations Square. Then, we visit the Ain Diab and Corniche area, famous for its coastal views along the Atlantic Ocean and its lively atmosphere. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Casablanca.

Marrakech

CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we depart for Marrakech, one of Morocco's most enchanting cities. Upon arrival in Marrakech, we begin our tour to explore the city, famous for its red buildings, bustling markets, historic palaces, and exotic atmosphere. The places we will visit include Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Minaret, Souks, Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, and Majorelle Garden. We visit Bahia Palace, one of the most elegant examples of traditional Moroccan architecture, and then explore the Koutoubia Minaret, which has become a symbol of Marrakech and is one of the most impressive examples of Moorish architecture. Amidst the colorful shops, scents of spices, traditional crafts, and narrow streets resembling a labyrinth, we experience the unique atmosphere of the city up close. Continuing our tour, we see Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, considered the heart of Marrakech and also known as the Square of Miracles. Afterward, we visit Majorelle Garden, one of the city's most special spots, with its exotic plants, cacti, and distinctive architecture. After our city tour, we have free time to explore Marrakech's vibrant atmosphere. Following our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Marrakech

MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – OURIKA VALLEY – BERBERI HOMESTAYS – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we set off to explore the natural beauty and traditional lifestyle of Morocco on our tour of the Atlas Mountains and Berberi homestays. We begin our journey in the Atlas Mountains, known for their stunning views, lush valleys, mountain villages, and traditional Berberi way of life. The sites we will visit include the Atlas Mountains, Ourika Valley, and traditional Berberi homes. We arrive at Ourika Valley, a picturesque valley nestled at the foot of the mountains and one of the region's most beautiful natural areas. In this valley, renowned for its verdant landscape winding through the mountains, small settlements, and breathtaking scenery, we are given free time to explore the surroundings and capture wonderful photographs. Continuing our tour, we visit one of the Berberi homestays to experience the region's traditional lifestyle culture up close. While experiencing the daily life of the Berberi people, their traditional home architecture, and their hospitality, we enjoy mint tea, an essential part of Moroccan culture. After the tour, we depart for Marrakech and transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Fas

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA

After breakfast, we head to the enchanting coastal city of Essaouira on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. With its whitewashed houses, blue doors, historic walls, and ocean views, Essaouira immediately evokes old Bodrum. Once under Portuguese influence, it is one of Morocco's most characteristic cities. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the city stands out for its historical fabric, fishing harbor, and unique atmosphere where art and culture intertwine. Upon arrival in Essaouira, we begin our city tour. The Citadel, Fishing Harbor, and Medina are among the places we will visit. After seeing the historic citadel and walls that offer impressive views dominating the Atlantic Ocean, we explore the Fishing Harbor, one of the city's symbols with its colorful fishing boats and lively atmosphere. Then, we move to the Medina district, the historic heart of Essaouira. We get up close with Essaouira's unique atmosphere through its traditional buildings in white and blue tones, narrow winding streets, small art galleries, handicraft shops, and local markets. We are given free time to explore the city, shop, and enjoy the unique ambiance of the Atlantic Ocean. After our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Essaouira.

Istanbul

ESSAOUIRA – CASABLANCA – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We transfer to Casablanca Airport at the time set by our guide. After completing baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport according to local time and the end of our tour.
