Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight schedules may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Itineraries may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or missing the flight entirely. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and any transfer expenses in the region.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing tours listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities prohibit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may be cancelled if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or individual are borne by the owner.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications requiring continuous use must be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least six months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

Marrakech

ISTANBUL – CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH

We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal approximately three hours before departure. After completing baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Casablanca, Morocco, on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, we complete passport and baggage procedures and board the waiting vehicle to proceed to Marrakech, one of Morocco's most enchanting cities. After arriving in Marrakech, we begin our tour to explore the city, famous for its red buildings, bustling markets, historic palaces, and exotic atmosphere. The places we will visit include Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Minaret, Souks, Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, and Majorelle Garden. We visit the elegant Bahia Palace, one of the finest examples of traditional Moroccan architecture, and then explore the Koutoubia Minaret, a symbol of Marrakech and one of the most impressive examples of Moorish architecture. Amidst the colorful shops, fragrant spices, traditional crafts, and narrow labyrinth-like streets of the Souks, we experience the city's unique atmosphere up close. Continuing our tour, we visit Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, considered the heart of Marrakech and also known as the "Square of Miracles." After this square, which is one of the liveliest spots of Moroccan culture with street performers, traditional vendors, and a vibrant atmosphere, we visit Majorelle Garden, one of the city's most special places, known for its exotic plants, cacti, and distinctive architecture. After our city tour, we have free time to explore Marrakech's colorful atmosphere. Following our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Zagora

MARRAKECH – AIT BENHADDOU – TAMEGROUTE – ZAGORA

After breakfast, we head to Ait Benhaddou, one of Morocco's most impressive historical settlements and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, known for its traditional adobe structures, narrow streets, and desert landscape. This remarkable settlement has served as a natural plateau for many world-famous films and TV series, including Game of Thrones, offering us the opportunity to closely observe Morocco's traditional architecture. After our visit, we continue our journey toward Zagora, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we stop at the town of Tamegroute, famous for its pottery and ceramics tradition. In Tamegroute, where the traditional art of pottery is passed down from generation to generation, we admire the characteristic green-glazed ceramics inherited from the Fes tradition. Then we arrive in Zagora and proceed to the Tinfou Sand Dunes, where we will experience the desert atmosphere up close. During our camel safari tour against the backdrop of the Sahara's stunning landscapes, we have the chance to experience Morocco's desert culture and capture unique views with our cameras. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Zagora.

Marrakech

ZAGORA – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS FILM STUDIOS – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable journey toward the enchanting southern geography of Morocco, heading to Ouarzazate amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Atlas Mountains. Along our route through mountain passes, red valleys, traditional Berber villages, and unique desert scenery, we have the opportunity to discover a completely different side of Morocco. This impressive itinerary, stretching from the majestic silhouette of the Atlas Mountains to the warm hues of the desert landscape, transforms our journey into a truly unforgettable experience. After our journey, we arrive in Ouarzazate, a city synonymous with the world of cinema and known as the "Hollywood of the Desert." Thanks to its stunning desert views and unique atmosphere, this city has hosted numerous internationally renowned productions over the years. Here, we visit the Atlas Film Studios to get up close with the magical atmosphere of the film industry. In these studios, which have hosted filming for globally famous productions such as Cry Freedom, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander, and Babylon, we see massive sets, film sets resembling historical cities, and impressive structures inspired by various civilizations. As we wander among these grand sets that create the illusion of real cities and historical sites in front of the camera, we witness the enchanting behind-the-scenes atmosphere of the film world up close and have the opportunity to take beautiful photos. After our tour, we return to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Casablanca

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – CASABLANCA

After breakfast, we head to the enchanting coastal city of Essaouira on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. With its whitewashed houses, blue doors, historic walls, and ocean views, Essaouira immediately recalls old Bodrum. Once under Portuguese influence, it is one of Morocco's most characteristic cities. Designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the city stands out for its historical fabric, fishing port, and unique atmosphere where art and culture intertwine. Upon arrival in Essaouira, we begin our city tour. The Citadel, Fishing Port, and Medina are among the places we will visit. After seeing the historic citadel and walls that offer impressive views dominating the Atlantic Ocean, we explore the Fishing Port, one of the city's symbols with its colorful fishing boats and lively atmosphere. Then, we move to the historic heart of Essaouira, the Medina district. We get up close with Essaouira's unique atmosphere through its traditional buildings in white and blue tones, narrow and winding streets, small art galleries, handicraft shops, and local markets. We are given free time to explore the city, shop, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Atlantic Ocean. After our free time, we depart for Casablanca, Morocco's economic and commercial center. Upon arrival, we begin our Casablanca city tour. Among the places we will visit are Hassan II Mosque, Medina, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, Hay Hassani District, Ain Diab, and Corniche. We view the iconic Hassan II Mosque of Casablanca, which has become a symbol of the city due to its magnificent location on the Atlantic coast, panoramically. Then, we explore the Medina, reflecting the city's traditional fabric, and the Hay Hassani district, where we can see characteristic examples of Moroccan architecture. After seeing important centers of the city such as Mohammed V Square and United Nations Square, we move to the coastal strip stretching along the Atlantic Ocean. We see Ain Diab, one of the liveliest areas of modern Casablanca, and the Corniche, famous for its ocean views. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Casablanca.

Istanbul

CASABLANCA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We are given free time until our flight time. We meet at the time specified by our guide and transfer to Casablanca Airport. After our baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (local time) and the end of our tour.
