Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight schedules may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Itineraries may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is denied by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: >Extra excursions specified in the program may be cancelled if there is insufficient participation. Roadside extra tours will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out or coach beds referred to as "coach bed". Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted. Child prices listed apply only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. Medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you at the time of tour registration.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such situations. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers going abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through their purchase channel if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

Marrakech

ISTANBUL – CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH

We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal approximately three hours before departure. After completing baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Casablanca, Morocco, on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, we complete passport and baggage procedures and board the waiting vehicle to proceed to Marrakech, one of Morocco's most enchanting cities. After arriving in Marrakech, we begin our tour to explore the city, famous for its red buildings, bustling markets, historic palaces, and exotic atmosphere. The places we will visit include Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Minaret, Souks, Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, and Majorelle Garden. We visit the elegant Bahia Palace, one of the finest examples of traditional Moroccan architecture, and then explore the Koutoubia Minaret, a symbol of Marrakech and one of the most impressive examples of Moorish architecture. Amidst the colorful shops, fragrant spices, traditional crafts, and narrow labyrinth-like streets of the Souks, we experience the city's unique atmosphere up close. Continuing our tour, we visit Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, considered the heart of Marrakech and also known as the "Square of Miracles." After this square, which is one of the liveliest spots of Moroccan culture with street performers, traditional vendors, and a vibrant atmosphere, we visit Majorelle Garden, one of the city's most special places, known for its exotic plants, cacti, and distinctive architecture. After our city tour, we have free time to explore Marrakech's colorful atmosphere. Following our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Marrakech

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we head to the enchanting coastal city of Essaouira on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. With its whitewashed houses, blue doors, historic walls, and ocean views, Essaouira immediately evokes old Bodrum. Once under Portuguese influence, it is one of Morocco's most characteristic cities. Designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the city stands out for its historic fabric, fishing port, and unique atmosphere where art and culture intertwine. Upon arrival in Essaouira, we begin our city tour. The Citadel, Fishing Port, and Medina are among the places we will visit. After seeing the historic citadel and walls that offer impressive views dominating the Atlantic Ocean, we explore the Fishing Port, one of the city's symbols with its colorful fishing boats and lively atmosphere. Then, we move to the Medina district, the historic heart of Essaouira. We get up close with Essaouira's unique atmosphere through its traditional buildings in white and blue tones, narrow winding streets, small art galleries, handicraft shops, and local markets. We are given free time to explore the city, shop, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Atlantic Ocean. After our free time, we return to our Marrakech hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our Marrakech hotel.

Zagora

MARRAKECH – AIT BENHADDOU – TAMEGROUTE – ZAGORA

After breakfast, we head to Ait Benhaddou, one of Morocco's most impressive historical settlements and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, known for its traditional mud-brick structures, narrow streets, and desert landscape. This remarkable settlement has served as a natural plateau for many world-famous films and TV series, including Game of Thrones, offering us the opportunity to closely observe Morocco's traditional architecture. After our visit, we continue our journey toward Zagora, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we stop in Tamegroute, a city famous for its pottery and ceramics tradition. In Tamegroute, where the traditional art of pottery is passed down from generation to generation, we admire the characteristic green-glazed ceramics inherited from the Fes tradition. Then we arrive in Zagora and proceed to the Tinfou Sand Dunes, where we will experience the desert atmosphere up close. During our camel safari tour against the stunning backdrop of the Sahara, we have the chance to experience Moroccan desert culture and capture unique landscapes with our cameras. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Zagora.

Marrakech

ZAGORA – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS FILM STUDIOS – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable journey toward the enchanting southern landscape of Morocco, heading to Ouarzazate amidst the breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Along our journey through mountain passes, red valleys, traditional Berber villages, and unique desert landscapes, we have the opportunity to discover a completely different side of Morocco. This impressive route, stretching from the majestic silhouette of the Atlas Mountains to the warm hues of the desert, transforms our journey into a truly unforgettable experience. After our journey, we arrive in Ouarzazate, a city synonymous with the world of cinema and known as the "Hollywood of the Desert." Thanks to its stunning desert scenery and unique atmosphere, this city has hosted numerous internationally renowned productions over the years. In Ouarzazate, we visit the Atlas Film Studios to get up close with the magical atmosphere of the film industry. At these studios, which have hosted filming for world-famous productions such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander, and Babylon, we see massive sets, film sets resembling historical cities, and impressive structures inspired by various civilizations. As we wander among these grand sets that give the impression of real cities and historical sites in front of the camera, we witness the enchanting behind-the-scenes atmosphere of the film world and have the opportunity to take beautiful photos. After our tour, we return to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech.

Casablanca

MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA

After breakfast, we depart for Casablanca, Morocco's economic and commercial hub. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour of Casablanca. Highlights include Hassan II Mosque & Medina & Mohammed V Square & United Nations Square & Habous Quarter & Ain Diab & Corniche. We view the majestic Hassan II Mosque, an iconic symbol of Casablanca with its grand location on the Atlantic coast, from a panoramic perspective. Next, we explore the Medina, reflecting the city's traditional character, and the Habous Quarter, where we can see characteristic examples of Moroccan architecture. After visiting key centers such as Mohammed V Square and United Nations Square, we proceed to the coastal strip stretching along the Atlantic Ocean. We visit Ain Diab, one of modern Casablanca's most vibrant districts, and the Corniche, famous for its ocean views. Following the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Casablanca.

Istanbul

CASABLANCA – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We are given free time until our flight time. We meet at the time set by our guide and transfer to Casablanca Airport. After completing our baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Air Arabia's scheduled flight. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (local time) and the end of our tour.
