Intermediary and Liability: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Itineraries may vary depending on the city of arrival. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not liable if a participant fails to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the plane. Any costs for new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are borne by the individual.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities prohibit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: >Extra excursions listed in the program may be cancelled if there is insufficient participation. Roadside extra tours will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or the owner are the responsibility of the item's owner.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Triple rooms may include rollaway beds, which may be foldable or referred to as coach beds. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in triple and/or child reservations are considered accepted. Child prices listed apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance documents during the trip. Medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you at the time of tour registration.
Other Notes: >Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, notification will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests planning to renew their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

We will meet our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

After our arrival in Bangkok, we complete passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. We begin our panoramic city tour to discover Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. During our panoramic city tour, the Golden Buddha Temple, Parliament Building, Democracy Monument, and Royal Avenue are among the places we will see. Then we visit Wat Pho Temple, one of Bangkok’s most important religious and cultural sites, famous for its enormous Reclining Buddha statue. Wat Pho is among the most visited structures in the country with its impressive architecture and the magnificent 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha statue. After breakfast, we head out for the Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market Tour, one of the city’s most colorful and authentic experiences, where we will closely discover Bangkok’s traditional life and unique cultural fabric. In these traditional markets, which have become one of the important symbols of Thai culture, we have the opportunity to closely observe the lively trading life established on the canals. Local vendors selling from wooden boats reflect the region’s unique atmosphere with tropical fruits, fresh vegetables, local delicacies, handmade souvenirs, and traditional products. Our guests can examine and shop for the products they wish here. During our tour, we explore the traditional Thai houses lined along the canals, vivid scenes of daily life, and the region’s distinctive cultural fabric. Then we visit the world-famous Maeklong Railway Market, with its stalls set up right on the train tracks. After breakfast, we transfer to the airport and take our flight to Phuket with local airlines. Then we see the Big Buddha Phuket, which has become one of Phuket’s symbols and offers breathtaking views of the island. This magnificent structure, notable for its commanding position over the island’s unique natural beauty, offers visitors unforgettable scenery. Continuing our tour, we explore the Phuket Old Town area, which stands out with its colorful streets, historic buildings, and the finest examples of Chinese-Portuguese architecture. While feeling the area's unique atmosphere, we have the opportunity to closely experience a different side of Phuket with its historic buildings, charming cafes, and lively streets. Throughout our city tour, we get to know Phuket’s natural beauty, vibrant life, and tropical atmosphere up close, observing the island’s modern face and traditional texture together. On our way back, we take a short break at Karon View Point, one of Phuket’s most impressive viewpoints.
