NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedule. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time alterations.
The cruise company reserves the right to change service fees and gratuities. Any potential price increase will be passed on to the guests who purchased the tour.
In case deemed necessary, the operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during airport and port transfers, as well as round-trip transfers between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody nor can they be held liable.
Two of the evening dinners you will receive during the cruise are formal dinners. All male guests wishing to dine here must wear at least one suit, and female guests must wear at least one evening gown.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes only. The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables assigned to our group for evening dinners are generally pre-assigned and numbered by name according to the cruise company, while in some cases they may be open seating. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their designated table from the first evening dinner until the last. Guests who wish may also have the right to eat in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements made by the ship's authorized personnel.
At check-in on board, every passenger (only one person per couple) must hand over their cabin key and present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit cash. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be applied to each credit card. This is to cover expenses you will incur on board after check-in. Your onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) will be paid using magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise tickets for all your luggage. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not reach your cabins late on the evening of the ship's first departure day. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely not the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on board into a small handbag and carry them with you.
You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. You must board the ship at the latest 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be liable for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGE EVERY GUEST TO PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
Passports older than 10 years, even if valid, are not accepted for travel abroad.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from the program details.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region visited. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash or pay by credit card into your cabin account from the automated machines available on board.
All programs require a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins). In case the quorum is not met, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.
Cancellation conditions are communicated separately for each program in the respective program content.
Guests who physically assault or insult ship staff during the tour may be disembarked by the ship captain. In such a situation, no refund will be issued to the passenger.
