NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in schedules. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes.
The cruise company reserves the right to modify service fees and gratuities. Any potential price increase will be passed on to the guests who purchased the tour.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during airport and port transfers, including round-trip transfers between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody nor can they be held liable.
Two of the evening meals during the cruise are formal dinners. Every male guest wishing to dine at these meals must have at least one suit, and every female guest must have at least one evening gown.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes only. The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have evening meals are generally pre-assigned and numbered by name according to the cruise company, while in some ships seating may be open. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their assigned table from the first evening dinner until the last. Guests who wish may also eat in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.
At check-in on board, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit cash. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be applied to each credit card. This is to cover expenses you may incur onboard after check-in. Your onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) can be made using magnetic cards issued by the ship's reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions occur anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be provided along with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
Luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowding, which is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items needed for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
Passengers must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. Boarding at ports must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's scheduled departure. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels that were previously left in your cabins one night earlier, and leave them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND VERIFY THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
Passports older than 10 years, even if still valid, are not accepted for international travel.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or damaged.
For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the specific tour from its program.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend that guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region sailed. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash and credit cards into your cabin account using the machines available on board.
All programs require a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins). If the minimum number is not met, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.
Cancellation conditions are separately stated in the content of each relevant program.
Guests who commit physical violence or insult cruise staff during the tour may be disembarked by the ship's captain. In such cases, no refund is given to the passenger.
