Intermediation and Responsibility: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You may obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public-address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
Participation in the Tour: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by Bluemaxx Travel, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for passengers who miss the aircraft to join the tour is their own responsibility.
Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. The prices of optional tours may vary depending on their content and the number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Optional Tours: The excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change the names of the hotels. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of fold-away beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any lack of space and bed type that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance documents with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under the responsibility of Bluemaxx Travel. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry consent forms with them during the trip.
Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issuance date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

We meet with our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we take our seats for our flight to Bangkok. Our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the plane.

After arriving in Bangkok, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. We begin our panoramic city tour to explore Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. During our panoramic city tour, the Golden Buddha Temple, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Avenue are among the places we will see. We then visit Wat Pho Temple, one of Bangkok’s most important religious and cultural landmarks, famous for its enormous reclining Buddha statue. Wat Pho is among the country’s most visited landmarks, with its impressive architecture and magnificent 46-meter-long reclining Buddha statue. After breakfast, free time. For guests who wish, an optional ‘’Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market Tour ‘’ will be organized (60 Euros). Local vendors selling from wooden boats reflect the unique atmosphere of the region with tropical fruits, fresh vegetables, local delicacies, handmade souvenirs and traditional products. Our guests can examine the products they wish to purchase and have the opportunity to shop here. During our tour, we discover the traditional Thai houses lined along the canals, vivid scenes of daily life and the unique cultural texture of the region. We then visit the world-famous Maeklong Railway Market, with its stalls set up directly on the railway tracks. This magnificent structure, standing in a location overlooking the island’s unique natural beauty, offers visitors unforgettable views. Continuing our tour, we explore Phuket Old Town, known for its colorful streets, historic buildings, and some of the finest examples of Sino-Portuguese architecture. As we experience the area’s unique atmosphere, we have the opportunity to see a different side of Phuket up close, with its historic buildings, charming cafés, and lively streets. Throughout our city tour, we get to know Phuket’s natural beauty, vibrant lifestyle, and tropical atmosphere up close, observing the island’s modern face and traditional character together.
