Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Bluemaxx Travel is not liable if a participant fails to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and number of participants may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is prohibited by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Bluemaxx Travel is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the en-route extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Triple rooms may include rollaway beds, which may be pull-out or coach beds. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in triple and/or child reservations are considered accepted. Child prices listed apply only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. Medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you at the time of tour participation.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel guests remain under Bluemaxx Travel's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such situations. For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

We will meet with our valued guests at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing baggage drop and passport procedures, we will take our seats for Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight to Bangkok. Our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night, with an overnight flight.

BANGKOK

After arriving in Bangkok, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. We begin our panoramic city tour to explore Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. During the panoramic city tour, we will see the Golden Buddha Temple, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Avenue. Next, we visit Wat Pho Temple, one of Bangkok's most important religious and cultural landmarks, famous for its colossal Reclining Buddha statue. With its impressive architecture and magnificent 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho is among the country's most visited sites. During our temple visit, we will have the opportunity to see this grand work up close. After the tour, there is free time before returning to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, free time. For guests who wish, an additional "Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Train Market Tour" (60 Euro) will be organized. In these traditional markets, which have become one of the important symbols of Thai culture, we have the opportunity to closely observe the dynamic trade life built on canals. Local vendors selling from wooden boats reflect the unique atmosphere of the region with tropical fruits, fresh vegetables, local delicacies, handmade souvenirs, and traditional products. Guests can examine and purchase items of their choice here. During our tour, we explore the traditional Thai houses lined along the canals, vibrant scenes of daily life, and the region's distinctive cultural fabric. Then, we visit the world-famous Maeklong Railway Train Market, with its stalls set up directly on the train tracks. As one of Thailand's most unusual markets, this intriguing spot offers us a glimpse into an extraordinary example of daily life. As the train approaches during the day, the stalls erected on the tracks are cleared within minutes, and after the train passes, vendors begin displaying their products again. In this colorful market where we will closely witness the lives and trading culture of the local people, we also have the chance to capture fascinating photo moments.
