- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, a rotation system (seat changing) is applied daily regarding seat planning; fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all specified locations are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or workplace permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities submitted along with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specific names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Bluemaxx Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-out or coachbed type, participants booking triple rooms for a 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types that may occur in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closures caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- At customs gates crossed by road during travel, waiting times may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Bluemaxx Travel partners subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- For those participating in flight-included tours, check-in and boarding procedures must be completed as personal tasks by the guest either at airline counters in the airport before the flight or online via the airline company's website.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing them on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by them.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or air service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows. The vehicle types listed below are determined based on the number of participants in each tour:

- All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the above terms.
