After waking up in the morning and having breakfast at our hotel, we travel by our private bus to the train station. INFORMATION
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have USD/EUR. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow in the tour program, while ensuring that every place specified in the program is shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle. These tours do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if they cannot be visited, entered, or occur due to reasons such as closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of people. For each tour, the vehicle type below is determined according to the number of participants:

- All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the above terms.
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have USD/EUR. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow in the tour program, while ensuring that every place specified in the program is shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle. These tours do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if they cannot be visited, entered, or occur due to reasons such as closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but not boarding the plane.
