IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from Advantageous Excursion package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours require a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro. The guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.

• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the time of year. Pricing at the time of purchase from the guide applies for extra tours.

• If the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

• Cancellations or changes to extra tours by guests must be reported to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Acenteours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general city introduction, conducted with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Acenteours is not responsible for the non-conductance of said tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception desk of their accommodation hotel before the pickup time provided by the guide.

• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.

• To avoid being affected by currency exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation transactions for extra tours will not be made using old-type banknotes that banks will not accept.

• Since our package tours are international, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew them. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS cannot assume any liability.

• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of failure to comply, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is considered an obstacle to boarding and is the responsibility of the guest.

• AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. AcenteOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only performs its role as an intermediary agency. There is no penalty or liability for AcenteOURS regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

• The procurement of documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, AcenteOURS is not responsible for any potential delays.

• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through AcenteOUR Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and AcenteOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar charges paid to embassies, provided they present their passport proving they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and AcenteOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and this situation was communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

• Guests must be present at the airport of departure at least 3 hours before the flight departure. Domestic flight passengers must collect their tickets based on their flight time. In case the flight cannot be caught due to the guest, resulting problems and damages are not the responsibility of AcenteOURS.

• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel subject to availability.

• Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.

• Breakfasts provided at hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalties for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

• Whether obtained from AcenteOURS or not, all guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who fail to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering such fines due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or countries or prevent entry through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of AcenteOURS, it is accepted that AcenteOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.

• To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route are required to agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. After the excursion concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, AcenteOURS is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.

• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. AcenteOURS cannot be held liable for the non-conductance of such tours or trips.

• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single ticket for round-trip. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These updates must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (and if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to the group missing the departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with mileage can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. In this case, the price difference incurred is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

• To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/making calls.

• While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.

• AcenteOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

• AcenteOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.

• AcenteOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Children under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. AcenteOURS cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.

• General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
