After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Baku at 13:25 on Ajet Airlines flight VF177. Arrival in Baku at 17:15 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we begin exploring Baku, where East and West, history and modern architecture meet in perfect harmony. We start our program with Mountain Park, one of the city’s most impressive panoramic points. From here, the Caspian Sea, Flame Towers, and Baku’s mesmerizing city view are observed; photo stops will immortalize these unique scenes. During the city tour, Baku Olympic Stadium, which hosts international events and stands out with its modern architecture, SOCAR Tower, one of the symbols of the city skyline representing Azerbaijan’s energy power, Governor’s Garden, one of Baku’s oldest and most orderly green areas, Government House with its magnificent Soviet-era architecture, and the State Philharmonic Hall, regarded as the heart of the city’s cultural and artistic life, will be seen panoramically. We will also pass through parts of the world-famous Formula 1 city circuit hosted by Baku, allowing us to closely experience the city’s sporting and organizational side. Our tour continues along Baku Boulevard, stretching along the Caspian Sea coast. On the way, the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, notable for its architecture, will be seen. Then free time will be given on Nizami Street (Torgovaya), one of the city’s liveliest and most popular spots. Here, there will be an opportunity to enjoy the area among historic buildings, chic cafes, and shops. After free time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Accommodation: Wyndham Baku 4* etc. - BAKU Route: Istanbul – Baku Hotel Check-in Time: Estimated 19:00 depending on road conditions Day 2 Baku (Modern Baku and Old City) After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Baku city tour with our guide (55 USD). The tour begins with a panoramic view of the White City area, one of modern Baku’s symbols, and information will be provided about the city’s contemporary architecture and new living spaces. Then the Military Trophy Park (entrance included) will be visited, and our guide will share insights about Azerbaijan’s recent history and national values. After the tour, free time will be given for shopping and rest, and one of Baku’s leading shopping centers will be visited. The program continues with a visit to the Modern Art Museum (entrance included), where works by Azerbaijani artists will be seen, followed by a photo stop at the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid. The tour continues with a short walk around Governor’s Garden and the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall, and in the final part of the day the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old City (Icherisheher) will be visited. In this area, the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, Maiden Tower, historic caravanserais, mosques, and traditional baths will be seen from the outside, allowing you to feel the historical atmosphere up close. In this tour, the legendary Gobustan National Reserve, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (entrance included), will be visited. Rock carvings dating back approximately 10,000 years will be seen, and beforehand, detailed information about Gobustan’s history, geological structure, flora, and fauna will be provided at the modern and interactive museum. On the return route, Flag Square, Crystal Hall, the area where the world’s first mechanical oil well was located (1846), and Bibi-Heybat Mosque will be seen panoramically. - In order to be able to shop and spend money in all the countries included in the itinerary during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where the local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar garment for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changes) is applied daily in the seating arrangements; therefore, a fixed seat or front-seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Türkiye from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- When entering Türkiye from abroad, the duty-free shopping limits are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg 
- During the tour itinerary, the Guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that they visit every place specified in the itinerary.
- Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If fewer than 30 days remain until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or fewer remain, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, workplace permission documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Türkiye and submitted together with the participant’s cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels where they will stay and services they will receive outside Türkiye.
-The tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people.  If sufficient participation cannot be reached for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Bluemaxx Travel will notify participants of tours cancelled due to insufficient participation.
-When only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the trip departure.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds, tour participants and/or those making reservations for children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the applicable age group.
-The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, on roads that are closed or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- At border gates crossed by road during the journey, waiting times may exceed the standard durations; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel from which we receive services, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content and vehicle to be used for the extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and are not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For persons participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online through the airlines’ websites.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Bluemaxx Travel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. All expenses for the new round-trip flight tickets required for persons who miss the flight to join the tour and for their transfers in the destination region shall be borne by them.
- Bluemaxx Travel is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
-The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows. The vehicle types listed below are assigned according to the number of persons on each of our tours.

-The weight of a single piece of baggage on all our flights may not exceed 23 kg.
-The baggage you wish to carry as cabin baggage must be of a size and weight that can fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat. These dimensions and weight are specified as 40x20x55 cm and 8 kg. 
-All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the provisions stated above.
