  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Turkish Republic, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
  • Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. • Obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

  • Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond Bluemaxx Travel’ control, the parties accept that Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility in such a case.
  • Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing ends. At the end of the sightseeing, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are excursions arranged to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. • Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
  • The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in this case.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals concerned. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. • Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for calls to and from abroad.
  • When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
