INFORMATION
- It is sufficient to have Euros with us in order to shop and spend money in all the countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where the local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar garment for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changes) is applied daily in the seating arrangement; fixed-seat and front-seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Free shop shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons , Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne) , Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne) , Perfume: 600 ml , Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items , Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg ,Coffee: 1 kg ,Tea: 1 kg 
- The Guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that every place specified in the program is shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. A 30% penalty applies if fewer than 30 days remain until the tour date, and a 100% penalty applies if 20 days or fewer remain. Hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the participant’s cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels where they will stay and services they will receive outside Turkey.
-The Tour Program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people.  If sufficient participation cannot be secured for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Bluemaxx Travel will notify participants of tours canceled due to insufficient participation.
-If only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the trip departure.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km’.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds, tour participants and/or those making reservations for children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and meeting the applicable age group.
-The breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- The waiting time at border gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard durations, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel from which we receive services, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the excursions may not take place, or extra excursion prices, content and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For persons participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online via the airlines’ websites.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Bluemaxx Travel for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. All costs for the new round-trip airline tickets required for persons who miss the flight to join the tour and for their transfers in the destination region shall be borne by them.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change in schedule. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
