IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency authority during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to carry out due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot depending on available facilities at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations listed below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any responsibility.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of failure to do so, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of failure to do so, it is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or responsibility for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
• For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/did not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar charges paid to the consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee 3 separate beds; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blockage is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from the Operator or not, guests must definitely have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country's police. In case of encountering the relevant fine due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or inability to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
• To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous clause). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM Operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
• While leaving your transportation vehicles and hotels temporarily or completely during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without any omissions. 
• In case of force majeure or if deemed necessary, the Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
