IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be considered during Mosque visits; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for mosque visits. 
• Points to be considered during our Desert Safari tour; Sportswear and comfortable clothes, bringing a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.
• To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency authority during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes in the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• Prices may change in extra tours depending on regional density or period. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply in extra tours.
• Due to VB processing in the tour program or when only category information is given without specifying names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides. In return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Cancellations or changes of extra tours by guests must be reported to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a situation, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to carry out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. In return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels etc. listed in the program are sold subject to availability. Hotels may change during high season or special periods due to availability. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided, and no guarantee of hotel name is given.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
• In extra tour purchases, since transactions are made in USD at the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are intended for abroad, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot assume any responsibility whatsoever.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas if it deems necessary. Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or responsibility for Bluemaxx Travel in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Bluemaxx Travel makes a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
• The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/does not manage to join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to hotel availability changing during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether guests obtain it from Bluemaxx Travel or not, they must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or the inability to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the control of Bluemaxx Travel, in such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible, and this is accepted by the parties.
• To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized tours for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such a situation, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or trips.
• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically expire. In the relevant situation, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if going to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
• While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
• Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
• Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
• General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
