• Prices for extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be cancelled or tour prices may be changed.

• Points to be considered during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be carried for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals and excessive water consumption should be avoided before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometres. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide welcome takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD–EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below to the guests. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no obligation or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting circumstance that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not they obtain it from Bluemaxx Travel, our guests must have international travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is outside Bluemaxx Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a situation.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport–city or airport–hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
• When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use during your trip or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Bluemaxx Travel may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without disrupting the content of the program.
• Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 travelling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; travelling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and travelling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
