• If you want to join the Cairo Pyramid Tours, after the Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh flight, before passing through passport control 30 USD you need to obtain an Egyptian Visa.

• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are operated with a minimum of 10 participants. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. Whether the extra tour requested for cancellation is eligible for cancellation and refund may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as listed, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made using old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment lies with the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS acts solely as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were disclosed at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel subject to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they incur such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their own new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming calls.
• When leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that their category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
