Child Discount and Circular Rules

 Child discount is valid for the age range of 7–12 years.

 The tour circular is valid as of the publication date of 19.01.2026. Subsequent circulars published for the same tour on later dates invalidate previous circulars.

 Mandatory additional services are included in the tour price.

Important Information Regarding Flight Tours

  • In flight tours, all operations related to flights are subject to the terms of the airline contract.
  • Cancellation insurance does not cover air travel.
  • A tiered pricing system is applied; advertised prices start from the lowest class.
  • Economy class flights are used in flight tour programs.
  • Air tickets are issued as round-trip together. If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also becomes invalid due to airlines' "sequential use" rule. Therefore, participation in the return flight only is not possible.

Museum – Archaeological Site – National Park Entries

All museum, archaeological site, and national park entry fees are borne by the guests. Guests can obtain a card from Müzekart sales points before or during the tour to take advantage at museums and sites where the Müzekart is valid.

Rest Stops

Rest stops are provided at rest facilities along the route. Due to congestion, renovation, or other compelling reasons, changes may be made to rest stop locations, provided they are equivalent in terms of service quality and location.

Extra Tours and Program Flow

Night tours and extra excursions included in the tour program are organized depending on the number of participants and the availability of staff. Extra tours conducted along the route may take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not wish to join an extra tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas before city entrances or to city centers. In this case, guests who agree to wait at the rest area are considered to have participated in the tour.

Due to weather conditions, road status, or similar reasons, the guide may make changes to the program sequence (daily visit points or between days) if deemed necessary.

Go-Turkey cannot be held responsible for points that are part of the program but cannot be visited due to compelling reasons (weather conditions, road status, congestion at visit points, etc.) or because guests fail to adhere to the timing given by the guide.

Health Declaration

Guests must carry reports and information regarding any health issues they may experience during the tour, pregnancy status, or medications they continuously use.

Accommodation Information

The hotel names specified in the program are priority accommodation facilities. Changes to hotels may be made depending on availability. Upon request, accommodation details will be shared with guests no later than 48 hours before the tour departure. In cases where hotels are changed due to congestion or compelling reasons, while maintaining the same standards, guests will be informed by Go-Turkey authorities.

Suggestions

  • Clothing and footwear suitable for the geographical structure and weather conditions of the tour region should be chosen.
  • It is recommended to bring necessary charging equipment for photo and video shoots.
  • Do not forget regularly used medications; allergic, chronic, or hereditary conditions should be reported to the guide.
  • Personal care products, backpacks, and personal items that will make the journey enjoyable should be carried with you.
  • In programs featuring boat tours and swimming breaks; it is advised to bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and similar sea equipment.

Dear Guests, we meet at the Morning Sabiha Gökçen Airport Domestic Departures Terminal to complete your individual check-in processes at least 2 hours before the flight time.

We depart with AJet Flight VF3170, departing at 06:55 from Kayseri and arriving in Kayseri at 08:20. After boarding our waiting vehicle, we begin our program with a panoramic Kayseri city tour. Following the morning breakfast taken independently, we continue our journey towards Nevşehir.

We view the Uçhisar Castle, one of the highest points in the Cappadocia region, panoramically, and visit a workshop where onyx stone, which originates from the Cappadocia region and belongs to the marble family, is processed. For guests who wish, after receiving general information about this culture here, we provide shopping and inspection time for those interested in acquiring processed stones.

Subsequently, we tour the Girls' Monastery, St. Barbara Chapel, Snake Church, Apple Church, Saint Basil Chapel, Kitchen, and Cellar located within the Korama, now known as Göreme Valley. We also see the Tokalı Church, which stands out from other rock churches with its frescoes on the walls.

Then, we stop for photos at the Three Beauties Fairies Chimneys, one of the beautiful examples of hat-shaped fairy chimneys, and at the Pigeon Valley.

Afterwards, we arrive at Sinasos, famous for its stonework. In this charming town, home to the first mansion featured in the series Asmalı Konak, after our walk, we provide free time in Ürgüp center.

With guests who wish, we visit a wine cellar where wines are produced from grapes grown in the surrounding area.

Finally, we check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at our hotel.

Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Dergah - Nadar Courtyard - Hazret Courtyard, Avanos - Çavuşin Village - Derinkuyu Valley - Paşabağ – Balloon Tour (Extra) – Turkish Night (Extra)

(Between 5:00 and 5:30 AM, our vehicles will pick up you, our respected guests, from our hotel and bring you to the departure area. While the balloons are being prepared for flight by expert teams, we have a light breakfast. After a short preparation period, the balloons will begin their flight close to sunrise. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour. At the end of the flight, a special celebration will be held for our guests, and as a flight souvenir, a flight certificate will be given. Around 07:00-07:30, our guests will be dropped off back at their hotels with our vehicles.)

After breakfast taken at the hotel in the morning, we set off. We head to Hacıbektaş District, where the Tomb of Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli is located, who was born in Horasan and won the tolerance of many locals and foreigners with his worldview.

The dervish lodge (dergâh) to which soldiers serving in the Janissary Corps were affiliated consists of 3 sections: Nadar, Meydan, and Hazret Courtyards. Inside the lodge, we visit the Üçler Fountain, Aslanlı Fountain, Altılar Gate, Hasbahçe, Çilehane, and Kırklar Square.

Afterwards, we go to a pottery workshop to see the art of pottery making, one of the most important crafts of the region, made by combining Kızılırmak River water with clay soil, considered a source of livelihood for humanity for approximately 5,000 years. After enjoying these pleasant moments, we have our lunch at an authentic restaurant with local dishes.

After lunch, we tour Çavuşin Village, where Greeks used to live.

Then, we carry out our visit to Paşabağı, where we can see the finest examples of fairy chimney formations. Among the fairy chimneys where dervishes living in the area secluded themselves, we take a walk.

We take a photo break in Devrent Valley, where the fairy chimneys resemble various shapes.

After our program, we return to our hotel in the evening hours. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Derinkuyu Underground City - Ihlara Valley - Church Under the Trees - Snake Church - Tulip Church – Narlıgöl

After the buffet breakfast taken at the hotel in the morning, we depart from our hotel.

Our first stop is the Derinkuyu Underground City, an engineering marvel designed to accommodate thousands of people fleeing enemy raids for months, or the Kaymakli Underground City. We visit the tunnels, church, dining hall, pantry, and storage areas located within the underground city.

On our route, after viewing the volcanic landscape containing Narligol (Crater Lake) and the panoramic view of Mount Hasan, one of the highest mountains in Central Anatolia, we reach the Ihlara Valley, which has a canyon-valley character formed by the Melendiz River.

The Ihlara Valley, 14 km long, 150 meters deep, 300 meters wide, and consisting of 28 bends, is one of the important points of Cappadocia with its natural beauties and churches carved into the rock.

In the valley, we visit the Agacalti Church, Yilanli Church, and Sumbullu Church, where monks retreated for seclusion.

After our program, we set off towards Kayseri Airport.

We depart for Istanbul on the AJet Airlines flight VF3173 at 21:30. After arriving in Istanbul, we bid farewell to our valued guests until we meet again at another event.
