After completing outbound procedures, depart for Marrakech on Freebird Airlines' special scheduled flight FHY854 at 08:30 . Upon arrival at local time 10:00, we begin our city tour of Marrakech. We view the Koutoubia Mosque, the symbol of Marrakech, the historic Medina district, and Jemaa El Fna Square, one of the world's most famous squares, panoramically. We experience the atmosphere of Marrakech with its colorful markets, scents of spices, and street performers. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. - Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. The Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance. - Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability. - To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger. - Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests. - The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. - When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors. - The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays. - If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar charges paid to the consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest. - Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, hotels may show variations, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR. - Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel subject to availability. - Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults. - Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalties for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest. - Our guests must definitely have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/several countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. As this situation is outside the Operator's control, in such cases, the Operator bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties involved. - To provide economy and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not take place or prices may change. - Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or trips. - Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation. - Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest. - Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. - To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. - While using transportation vehicles and staying in hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently. - The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary. - The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same. - The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. - Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents.
