Transfer Notification for Departure from Izmir

Our transfer service departing from Izmir will be conducted subject to sufficient participation.

In case of insufficient participation, the Izmir transfer will not be organized; the difference between the fees for the departure points preferred by our guests (Dikili, Aliağa or Ayvalık) and the Izmir departure fee will be refunded to them.

Guests who complete the purchase process are assumed to accept these conditions.

• Rooms are arranged with 1 Queen Size (double) bed.
• The Twin Bed (two separate single beds) option is not available.

Sea View Rooms

• Available as Twin Bed (two separate single beds) or Double Bed arrangement upon request.

General Terms and Conditions

• The tour program and general terms are an inseparable part of each other.
• In case sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the tour may be cancelled up to 20 days before the departure date. In this case, the tour fee will be refunded to the guest.
• If additional services (visa service, travel health insurance, etc.) have been used, no refund can be made.
• The agency is not responsible for any losses arising from independent flights, hotels, or extra services taken by the guest.

Guidance Services and Extra Tours

• Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people.
• If sufficient participation is not achieved, the extra tour may be cancelled or changes may be made to price/content.
• The guide may make changes to the program sequence based on operational conditions, weather, and whether museums and historical sites are open or closed.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the tour price.
• Guests not participating in extra tours are deemed to have accepted waiting at the appropriate location specified by the guide.

Flight Information

• Flight times and operational details may change due to airline-related factors.
• Check-in and boarding procedures are the sole responsibility of the guest.
• In case of missing the flight, the cost of new tickets, transfers, and additional expenses are borne by the guest.
• Baggage allowances may vary depending on the airline and destination.
• Delays and gate changes during flights must be monitored via airport screens and announcements.

Hotel and Accommodation Information

• Hotel check-in time is generally 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Room preferences (high floor, bed type, etc.) are communicated to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• Breakfasts served at hotels may vary according to country standards.
• Hotel changes may be made while maintaining the same category.
• In triple rooms, the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

Other Matters

• Guests are responsible for their passports, IDs, personal belongings, and luggage.
• The agency is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
• Necessary operator procedures for using phones abroad must be carried out by the guest.
• Deposits requested by the hotel and personal expenses are the guest's responsibility.
• The final decision power at country entry belongs to border police and relevant official authorities.

• Parent Passport Images if Traveling with Mother and/or Father for Those Under 18 Years Old
• (Consent Letter if Traveling Under 18 with Only One Parent or Without Parents)
• No Visa Requirement for Green Passport Holders.
• Guests Who Have Been Rejected by Schengen Within the Last 5 Years Cannot Participate in Travel with Visa on Arrival. A Schengen Visa Application Must Be Made.
• Guests Whose Passports Contain KKTC Entry Stamps Cannot Enter Greece and Must Change Their Passport Book.
• Passport Validity Period Must Be At Least 6 Months After The Return Date Of Travel.
• The Tour Program May Change While Keeping The Places To Be Visited The Same. The Taverna Day May Be Changed.
